Candidates are typically found through referrals. As far as I'm aware, the Association does not advertise open positions. Potential candidates are generally contacted by Association members and are encouraged to submit resumes to the Executive Board. If the Executive Board wants to get in touch, they will very quickly -- there's not a lot of waiting around and hoping someone will call you back involved. All interviews take place in front of the Executive Board.
