It was campus hiring program. They came to our campus. Initially an online aptitude test followed by number of other screening tests and interview.
Selecting Resume, Group Discussions, Personal Interview, Online Skype Interview.
They generally prefer people good at regional languages and sound knowledge of local area and people. Process is bit long and storming. I suggest try for this company.
Generally stress interview. Asking more about previous academics. Field comfortability. GD is more or less likely agressive. It's kind of moderate interview not very much hard or against the CV pointers.

Question 1
Difference between luxury products and economy products
The interview process lasted for 45 mins and the questions asked were related to quantitative ability, technical marketing questions and deal closure techniques. Specific situations were also given and my approach was also asked for. Lastly, HR and personality based questions were asked.

1 round of GD and 1 round of interview with senior management covering all sorts of question. There were random questions on marketing, sales strategy & even economics (surprisingly). Role play on sales process. Interview took 45 mins to 1 hour.
