Bergstrom interview questions

First things first—Bergstrom rescinded my offer just two days after I signed it, citing a completely ridiculous reason. The interview process moved quickly after a recruiter reached out to me on Indeed. Initially, the questions focused on my experience, but the conversation soon took an uncomfortable turn. They started asking invasive personal questions, including details about my parents' occupations—completely irrelevant and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they also made inappropriate comments about my abilities. Needless to say, it was a red flag. Despite these concerns, I received an offer the next morning. After negotiating, they accepted the revised terms, and I signed the offer. But soon after, I got a call saying my negotiation had "triggered turbulence" within the company—whatever that meant. Before I could make sense of it, they rescinded the offer. Honestly, it’s a blessing in disguise. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine what it’s like to work there. I hope my experience serves as a warning for others.

Standard with no frills, and 10 questions. Interviewer was competent and made good eye contact. Open ended questions were used to move the conversation forward, and the interviewer explained the process well as I entered the interview conference room. The job description was thorough and concise.
