Phone screen with recruiter was positive and he quickly set me up with an interview with the hiring manager later that week. Interview with hiring manager also went well and then... nothing. I was completely ghosted by the recruiter and hiring manager. I followed up three times over the course of three weeks and never heard anything. Very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. I spent nearly two weeks anxiously waiting a response to what I thought was my dream job and I never even got a 'no'. Just ghosted. I should have trusted the other reviews saying this was their experience, but I thought the company would have gotten better in the last two years. Guess not.
