Berkshire School interview questions

The hiring was based on the needs for the school so there were interviews with the Directors of Alumni and Development and the Head of School. Both my husband and I were applying for positions at the school so to have both of us was key in the process so they know that there is a level of commitment to moving to the boarding school community.
