I was contacted by the Instructional Manager via email and then over the phone with a potential job offer. We scheduled a meeting in the Learning Center few days later. I had to go through a week long online training and finally do a demo class in the Learning Center.

Interview was conducted in the language I would teach. It took about 15 minutes and focused on my aspirations and my openness to different cultures. I also talked about my academic and professional background.

Friendly 30 min chat about my past experiences and motivations. I was asked if I have any experience in teaching but it did not seem like a problem that I had not. I felt like they will reach out after, but did not get an offer or any feedback.
