I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bernardi Auto Group (Framingham, MA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Interview was polite. Not that professional. Did not ask any appropriate resume questions that demonstrated my skills. Person who I was suppose to interview with did not show up. Very poor interviewing skills. Glad I was not offered a position.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bernardi Auto Group
Interview
Not only did I have to chase them down! But they at first gave me the run around. But then I showed up physically with out warning as to show them what they would be missing, presenting myself in a well, professional demeanor, with a resume in hand, they then gave me a time to contact them back where I had scheduled an interview.
The interview was pretty straightforward, calling HR is the best way to get through to anybody, for the position I applied to as a receptionist, two HR representatives interviewed me, the Office Manager and another, at which that point the office manager who was very sweet and humble, conferred with her colleague if I were ok and she said yes.

Question 1
To me it was a pretty straight forward, private interview, no difficult, "Out of the ordinary" questions, just smile and be ethical, and if you are at the right place at the right time, you just might get the job. P.S. you need to be cunning and not easily annoyed or overwhelmed to be able to take on the many task they will deliver upon your being hired.
