Long process, 3 phone interviews as well as really bad communication, and nearly 12 months waiting for the onboarding process to be completed, once all that was finally done and I had finished my 4 shadow shifts I was still declined the position,
Agency led so hard to discern where you’ll be headed or get a feel for the company. Post interview, no follow up on where I’d be positioned. Can do better, a while ago however.
