Short skype interview about responsibility in last job, language knowledge, support skills etc.
Then sending online test for analyse of skills: Moderation and Customer Support parts. Moderation parts was answering in English on fields where explanation is needed depending on answers and in Czech to answer the Customer Support questions.

Very nice human resources, 2 face-to-face interviews and a written test. A few days passed between one step and the next, and then they answered me via e-mail. It didn't go well but I'll try again.
