The processes started with a 20-minute zoom meeting as a prescreen and "tell me about yourself". Followed by a 30-minute in-person interview, and a week later a 1.5 hour interview between three team members.

The interviews were straight forward. They were mostly behavioral. Very nice interviewer and seemed interested in a genuine conversation beyond the average question and answer format. Second round was also more behavioral with a few technical questions.

Process was unorganized and slow.
Logged on to 9am Zoom interview as requested. Sat online for 15 min, they finally responded to my email asking if we were still meeting at 9:20am telling me it was cancelled.
Changed my status multiple times. Went from 'scheduling in person interview' to no more information needed at this time. Emailed about this change - no response. Waited over 2 weeks for an update after my third interview (hiring manager said she wanted me to meet more people and would like to move me forward, which was misleading), which I received not from the HR person I was coordinating with and emailing asking for an update, but from a system update.
Disappointing experience overall, made me concerned about internal processes if the interview process was disorganized.
