Three stage interview - one with HR, one with the founder (this was described as "final stage") then an additional "final stage" in person. I submitted a previous reply to this question that was rejected due to my having included too much personal information, in brief I did not receive an outcome from the interview process and my subsequent followup emails were ghosted. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by multiple employees of this organisation.
