The interview process was brief. All took place over the phone. Having a contact that is currently working as a broker is an extreme advantage. Little to no experience is required for an entry level position. You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle.

The interview was in person and very friendly. Make sure you calculate what day rate you desire as opposed to salary. Interviewer was very positive and easy to contact to follow up. The job would not open until a hiring freeze was lifted due to the market so I pursued other options.
