The interview process is pretty intense. You go through three interviews before actually getting a offer. You have to go through a three week training program in order to start getting work loads

The interview process was relatively swift and comfortable. Comfortable in the sense that I didn't feel pressure at all. You have to take an assessment first. Which consists of a video that must be watched, notes taken, and a report that must be filled out in a total of 30min. Once passed, you move on to the verbal interview, which consists of a panel of 3 asking 4-5 questions a piece. Once passed, you are asked a few more background questions. That is all!!!
