We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience - we rely on the 3rd party recruiters we leverage to communicate back with early-stage candidates in the same timely manner with which we convey information back to them. Understanding this wasn't the case, we're sure this was frustrating.
All of our assignments do not use company data and involve tasks the team has already solved, so that we have a benchmark for what success looks like. We rely only on applicants who use free tools to complete/submit, and we have, in fact, hired for the position you applied for.
