I got a interview call from BOP by naukari.com, I submitted my resume to given mail address & then I got a call from delhi head office. They scheduled my physical interview in Lucknow Branch. Here I met the HOD of the Marketing deptt, they asked me that why I want to leave my current job, what kind of work you do in current company etc & finally he got me perfect for the position and then he started telling me about the project of the company. He given me the same salary that I have been demanded & yeah I can say that he is very nice person. I got my offer letter within 2 week of Physical interview. They asked to that on joining time they want relieving letter, salary slip, form 16, educational certificates & address id proof.
