He made the company look very dated in its approach.
From what I understood the talent manager - a female had been asked not to screen me, because he wanted to manage the entire process.
Had she screened me he would have realised I had no finance content background - which I believe is precisely what Trussle required, a fresh approach - someone who taps into audiences and their pain points to build trust pillars - not a corporate writer. As it turns out the reason he didn’t take me forward was because I had no finance writing background. Had he bothered to read my CV prior he would have seen that.
