I received a response to my application quickly, within a week. I had an initial phone screen with the Director of HR, who was very nice and personable. I received a follow up about a week later that they would like to move to the next phase of the interview. I received another offer during this time, so I ultimately declined the next interview. In hindsight I wish I hadn't declined, I really do believe this company would be good to work for.
