Interview
I was disappointed in the women who I interviewed with, she didn't seem very prepared. The interview process consisted of a 30 minute conversation with HR and then a 30 minute conversation with the hiring manager. It seemed like she was looking for me to come in and fix a problem that was much bigger than one person could fix.
