Question 1
Do you know someone who didn't complete college? What support do students need to finish their degree?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Beyond 12 in Jun 2022
Interview
Beyond 12 asks a lot of you before giving you an opportunity to ask questions about the position. The initial application required a resume, one aspect of the role that most interests you, your data management experience, and why Beyond 12? The next round is a one-way video interview with unlimited takes. Then, they have 3 short pre-work questions (e.g. a sample email you'd write) that you must submit shortly after receiving the notification that you're moving on to "group interview day" (which is not in fact a group interview). GID actually consists of a group information session, a traditional 30-minute interview, and a role play and debrief in which you pretend to be a coach supporting a student through a scenario that they give you beforehand.
