Beyond Fifteen Communications interview questions

Was about 15 minutes and was asked how I work with teams, what are my greatest skills, and what are the three most important personality traits you need to be successful in your own opinion. Very open and understanding interviewers. Would recommend bringing a portfolio of your work.
