Two round interviews. First with HR and then a director. It was more about my understanding of the role and the challenges. You have to show that you want to help clients be debt free.

Interview
Very casual. First interview felt like a conversation, which was nice. I got a great first impression of the company from my first interview. The second interviewer seemed very uninterested. I wasn't extended an offer despite the amount of professional experience I have.

Two interview process. Both interviewers were nice and informative. Made it through both rounds. Just be confident in your answers. Benefit package sent day one after first interview. So you knew what to expect once hired.
