Contacted a week or so after submitting my resume and scheduled a phone screen with HR. HR screen was quick and easy, just went through my resume. 2nd interview was with 3 group product managers. I was ill-prepared for the interview and 2 weeks later, got a rejection email, as expected. I thought I was interviewing for a slightly more junior role but apparently I interviewed for a group PM role which I didn't have the experience for. Not sure how I passed the HR screen. The second interview was a waste of time for me and the panel of interviewers and I ended the interview as soon as I could.

Phone for 1st round, then in person. Quest ions were fairly basic. The process seemed a little dis organized but nothing a typical from other place I have inter viewed.

1. Screening Interview with recruiter - basic getting to know you questions, salary expectations, and vetting that I met their minimum requirements for the job.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager - Very informal and conversational
3. Interview with key stakeholders from development team - Very informal and conversational
4. Interview with Product Management colleagues - informal and conversational
5. Final interview with hiring manager to negotiate offer and answer any questions
