I had a good first interview and thought it went well, I was then asked to do an unpaid design test for an email design and was given just photo assets. I had a couple days to complete it and I spent a lot of time on it and was told I would be presenting it in my next interview round. After completing, I followed up 3 different times to see when I would be having my next round and I got nothing. I kept getting a response that there was no word on when it would happen and I was very disappointed I wasted my time.

Not good. After round 1 of interviewing they sent me a design challenge. I couldn't access an important document they'd sent so I had to ask for more time, since they took forever to finally get me access to the correct document. Once I completed and sent them the design assignment they ghosted. Never heard back even after following up. Horrible.
