Phone interviews via recruiter, then on-site series of interviews. I flew in for a day long schedule of interviews including the HR VP and the team I would direct. The lower-level interviews went as planned, however, the higher up I got the more chaotic things became. I was made to wait over an hour for one interview, which was ultimately offered the NEXT day, wearing all the same clothes... if I could come back. The day started on time and ended very, very late with 1 supposedly very important interview skipped because the interviewer was too busy to keep the appointment. The message: If you take this job, you'll be our very lowest priority and will likely never get a bit of support from us. I chose not to return the 2nd day.
