I applied for a senior role. The interview process took 4 months. After the final interview I heard nothing. No feedback, no thanks but no thanks.
The recruiter repeatedly ignored my emails and phone calls for an update. After investing time in an interview process it is courteous for feedback as to where you fell short and need to improve.
If this is an indication how Bibby Financial treats people I’d say this was a near miss
