Spent a good amount of time with dept heads. Focus was mainly on sales techniques. Head of sales was a bully. Really rolls over the other dept heads by being condescending.

The normal process... A recruiter reached out and asked preliminary questions. I then had two other interviews before being hired. Pretty basic stuff, if anything it was laid back. first interview was with my manager, and the second interview was with his boss.
