I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Big Lots (Hemet, CA)
Interview
The interview was straight to the point and quite easy. They don't ask much except for a few questions. The interviewer I had was nice. They ask everyone to show up at one time and then the interviews from there are held in order of who showed up first.
