I recently interviewed at BigOh Tech for a Technical Graduate Trainee. The first round was a DSA pen-and-paper test consisting of two sliding window problems: “Best Time to Buy and Sell Stock” (easy) and “Longest Subarray of 1’s After Deleting One Element” (medium), which focused on logic clarity and time complexity. After clearing this round, I attended the second round based on OOPS/System Design, where I was asked to design a system to select the best balanced team of 11 cricket players from a large pool, considering attributes like name, age, batting style, bowling style, and performance rating. The goal was to ensure a balanced mix of batters, bowlers, all-rounders, and bowling styles while maintaining high performance. This round mainly tested object-oriented design, class structure, and real-world problem modeling. Although I was not able to clear the second round, the overall experience was structured and focused strongly on fundamentals, so I would recommend preparing DSA, OOPS concepts, and your resume thoroughly.
