Recently, I interviewed with Big Rig Media and wanted to share my experience. The interview process itself was straightforward and not overly complex. However, I felt it important to note that during my interactions, I perceived a certain degree of bias, which made me feel undervalued due to my gender. While this was my personal experience, it could be an isolated incident. Nevertheless, it’s something to be aware of if you’re considering applying. Overall, while the process was efficient, the interpersonal dynamics were a bit challenging.
