I applied online then received a phone call. The person who called was very kind and asked my availability and if there were any other positions I was interested in at the store. Then we set up an in person meeting at the store. At the store, the HR person interviewed me in the cafe area and asked pretty basic questions about why I wanted to work there. I also met the manager of the bakery who explained a little bit about the role to me. They offered me the role in that same meeting.

There was something about a role I played on a past team/ school sports team.
They also asked my experience with customer service.
In person interview with hiring manager. They usually decide quickly if they would like to hire you. Most of the time they hire on the spot. If not, they will let you know in 3 days.

The interview process consisted of multiple questions asking what experience you already have which can help you toward the position at the store, and it was a job-fair day for them so you interviewed alongside multiple other people at the same time.
