Casual, some simple background questions that should be easy to answer. Wear business casual for interview. I can imagine the interview process varies from location to location, so keep that in mind.

The owner was quick to schedule an interview. She had a quick paper to fill out and then the interview didn’t take long at all. The owner is very understanding.

Interview
It was a very simple interview. Basic questions about availability, strengths and weaknesses in the work place, basic coffee questions. Interview was about 10 minutes long, was offered a drink before it started.
