Straightforward. Phone screen was fine. Interview felt rushed. Hiring manager looked annoyed throughout. Passionate about values of the company. Overall, seems like a decent company, but with outdated practices and benchmarks. Good feedback.
Nice experience! The conversations with both HR and the recruiter manager were relaxed and enjoyable. They are willing to share their work experience with me. The questions were general and behavioral.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bigleaf Networks
Interview
15-20 min call with HR, then interview with manager, followed by interview with the team. Interviewer was 10 minutes late and seemed like he did not want to be there at all. He spent most of the interview ranting about everything wrong with the company and talking about he had to rebuild his team from scratch because people quit, and on top of that appeared to have a glass of wine in his hand at the end of it. I guess it's understandable given the stress when it comes to working in a startup, but I expected a more professional and pleasant interview.
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience interviewing at Bigleaf.
It sounds like your experience was less than ideal and certainly not how we train our interview teams and hiring managers to conduct interviews.
I’d you’d like to provide any further details about your experience, it would be very helpful in helping our hiring managers and team members grow.
Thank you
