The interview started off very casual and personal, which made it hard to tell how professionally I was expected to behave. The interviewer spent a lot of time asking personal questions unrelated to the job, including things about my past experiences and situations with people I’d known, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate.
When it came time to actually ask questions about the role, the tone suddenly shifted. The job-related questions were rushed, and I was often cut off before I could fully answer. It felt like the interviewer was more interested in the personal details than my qualifications, and the actual interview portion felt like an afterthought. The process overall was confusing, disorganized, and unprofessional.
