Had an initial interview with the recruiter. Very quick with just a few basic questions and information on how the recruiting would go. This was followed by a 40 min interview with a team member. The interview touched on a lot of points including my previous experience and had a quick “attention to detail” test at the end. I never heard back from the Recruiter ever again. Sent two emails wanting some feedback and did not receive any reply. Also tried to reach out via LinkedIn but no luck. It’s a shame to ghost candidates like this when you have them prepare and make an effort for the interviews.
