      I have been interviewed for Sr. Talent Acquisition post and I had declared everything geniune in the interview form. Interviewer confirmed me to conduct a round with CEO and asked me to leave . After that I tried to take follow up from him then his answer was i can't give you any update as we are interviewing other people also. He even did not shared a feedback. After few days again position gets open and I texted , called to him. He did not answer of my single text and call and put it my number in blacklist. Very bad to see the behaviour from an HR side itself. They have replied above mentioned scenario which is completely false. As i mentioned above that I declared everything geniune in the interview form . Yes I declared there that I was offered and in person clarify the reason also why could not join. Even interviewer was not aware about it that he already offered me which I told him by my own to keep transparency and being honest with the organisation applying . Secondly if the process is lengthy then they should have shared the feedback before opening the same position again on social meadia after 40 days that they are not moving ahead with my candidature but still after seeing the post I tried to reach him out over the text and call but he ignored and put it my number in blacklist. Everything was fine but the way he ignored my follow up call and messages and putting in black list is not acceptable as a applicant. I am very much interested to meet with CEO Mr. Sukhwinder Singh as i already met him while he selected me but due to my accident I could not join the organisation. The last feedback from binary global was that I will be interviewing with him . It will be great to hear back and getting a geniune update from them.

      Thank you for your comments. We would like to clarify a few things regarding your application process. You forgot to mention that you were offered the role in a previous interview, and your later denied to join due to personal reasons. When you were later considered for the position again, we asked you to wait as we were in the process of interviewing other shortlisted candidates. During this time, we did receive multiple follow-up messages and calls from you seeking updates. As we had already communicated, the hiring process does take time, and we expected some patience during this period. Regarding your request for a salary hike, it's standard for us to ask about compensation expectations during the interview process, whether or not the candidate is currently employed. We don't view this as an unreasonable or personal question, but rather a necessary part of understanding alignment on both sides. Ultimately, as an organization, we are free to select the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role. If the current process does not align, we may opt to post the job again in the future. Thank you for your understanding and showing desperation to join our organization. Wish you best for your future endeavors.
