Interview
Phone interview followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview was split into 5 different ones, each with either one or two colleagues. The whole process took almost 3 hours. Similar questions were asked at each interview, mostly behavioral. Interview process was long but the company did not get back on the results of the interview with an email even after follow up.

Asked to describe a situation where there was a conflict of interests in a team and how I responded to it
Wonderful. Had great zoom calls with different members of the teams. Onsite was great. Interviews were very well organized and I felt that the onsite process spoiled me. I've exclusively worked for terrible employers my entire career, and just as an interviewee, I was already blown away by how I was treated.

Very quick interview process with several days in between the phone and on-site interviews. Pleasant experience on-site with two panels lasting one hour. Received and accepted offer the following week.
