The interview was standard when compared to other companies, met with a HR rep, then met with hiring manager, and followed up by a discussion with a broader interview panel. After the interview had been completed. I have not been contacted by HR to let me know if I getting an offer or if they were going a different direction. This is unprofessional to not follow up with a candidate to let them know there is an offer or the company decided to go a different direction.
