Initial contact via email to inform me of an initial telephone interview. We agreed on a time but interview never called. To cut along story short there were several rescheduled meetings (at least 4 or 5) where the interviewer never actually called or cancelled/ reschedule on the day of the planned interview. Rather disappointing since as far as I know this company has a good reputation.
