A group interview with 7 other candidates. Interview by 6 total lab managers some of whom were hiring while others were assisting in the interview process. The interview began late due to administrative problems. The interviewers were unprepared with questions and often avoided questions from the interviewees.

Describe a time when you were given a task and could not meet the deadline?
The interview process started with a recruiting company who got me into a group interview with eight other applicants. We were then split up into two groups and interviewed by the lab managers.
I got questions about my experiences and some resume clarification. The interviewer was the manager of the department and she was concerned about me. She also listened carefully and considered me as a good choice.
