Straightforward, only two rounds. First with hiring manager then a few members of the management team. I felt comfortable and the questions were fairly easy. They asked about a lot of different leadership situations.

it was a video question and answer, they asked the question and then it gave me an allotted time to answer and submit. Once all of the questions were answered then you submit and that is the end.
