Biomason interview questions

I Spent over 6 hours on the interview process. The the HR process was vastly underdeveloped. After the final stage of interviews Hr said the company had a hiring freeze and would reach back out in the next Fiscal year. Shortly after that conversation, I see on LinkedIn multiple layoffs.
