Interview
I've done several interviews, and I really thought that this process was strange. This was a while ago, but they asked questions in a very hurried manner which was a red flag for me . It turns out they hired someone internally for the role. Don't try to get people's hopes up and give them an interview if your plan was to hire internally. It's a waste of everyone's time.

Interview
It was smoothly organized and conducted with awesome panelists. I was applying to via the Google Public Policy Fellowship so has a little different process for application. Turned out to be quick.
had 2 rounds and then they told me the position wasn’t needed anymore. i thought that was a little weird, plus the people didn’t seem super passionate about the work culture
