      Computer Vision Engineer Interview

      26 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bipolar Factory in Sept 2025

      Interview

The whole process felt less like a professional company and more like a disorganized college clique. The first “cultural round” dragged on for an hour with casual small talk about likes, dislikes, and why I’m switching jobs exactly the same kind of things they later claimed the CTO would check again, making it pointless. The coding round was basic, the technical discussion with the lead was fine, but after that everything collapsed. HR promised a final CTO round, scheduled and rescheduled, then ghosted completely no responses to messages, no calls taken. It’s been a week of silence after they themselves said I was selected and only one step was left. The company clearly doesn’t value a candidate’s time. Internally, it looks more like a clique running on zero professionalism or accountability than a serious organization.
