a couple rounds, what matters is the personality you bring to the table. 1st was a screen of your experience, while the 2nd was in person where your social skills are put to the test. makes sense for a company that really prides itself in the quality of its coffee AND team
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Birch Coffee
Interview
Quick Zoom interview with one of the founders that was only about fifteen minutes long. The questions were conversational as we walked through why I was applying for birch and why I wanted to leave my current position. He shared a lot about the role and the company and what makes a good barista.
