I had a phone interview at first where they asked about my skills and how familiar I was with the tools they use at Bison. After, I had a in person interview with the senior BAs where they went more in depth about my experiences, to describe a few project scenarios, etc.

First step, call with Human Resources specialist, discussing and negotiating salary, their budget, annd, if it aligns with your expectations and checking for skills, second step, interview with the manager which lasted for 40mins.
