Highly organized. First step was an interview with an recruiter experienced in placing talent with the company from other industry giants. She was thorough and helpful. Set up a second interview, which for me was remote as I wasn't yet moved to Chicago. Conversation was with Global Director of Sales who is very warm and easy to get along with, but very impressive and clearly has high expectations. After that went well, I came in for an in-person interview with the Global Director and an SDR. Another thorough interview -- why Bitmovin, what in your background will make you successful in this position, how much technical experience do you have. Final step was an interview 10 days later with the CRO who is easy-going but expects a lot as well. Offer came ~36 hours later.
My advice-- do your homework. Understand going into it why you want to be at Bitmovin and why you're excited about their products and the direction of the company.
