Interview
Zuerst ein Gespräch mit einer sehr netten Dame aus der HR-Abteilung, dabei ging es darum mehr übereinander zu erfahren (bisherige Erfahrung, Vorstellungen an das Praktikum) aber noch nicht wirklich fachliches. Dann wurde ein Test zu geschickt bei dem ich eine Woche Zeit hatte ihn zu absolvieren (Dauer ~1h, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere), dabei wurden grundlegende, fachliche Kenntnisse überprüft. Anschließend hatte ich ein fachliches Interview, welches sehr entspannt war. Dabei wurde nicht darauf geachtet dass ich Namen für Konzepte auswendig wusste und auch nicht dass ich jede Frage perfekt beantworten konnte. Viel mehr ging es darum eine Vorstellung zu bekommen, welches Know-How ich bis jetzt erlangen konnte.

Had 3 interviews in total, First one was the take-home case study interview which went super nice. The interviewer was a senior associate with great knowledge in the required field, gave positive and constructive feedback. Besides the case just the regular interview questions, Why Bitpanda, CV etc. Second Interview was with higher up Executive who told me relatively straight away that I got the offer and then just outlined the work his division does and what I should expect working with the team. Last interview was with HR, where they just told me what my pay would be and the additional benefits I would get as an intern at Bitpanda + outline for onboarding process.

Awful experience, interviewer never showed up, and had multiple reschedulings.
Overall after a few weeks still had an interview, and have been told they previously selected a candidate in the weeks before.
