HR interview: usual questions, detailed introduction of the company.
Interview with engineering managers: many different technical and soft skill related questions
then a culture fit and a technical interview.
4 stages - all online. One task. Quick easy friendly - clear direction and got good idea of role. sounds llike they're growing quickly. remote working would be an issue to me

Question 1
Problem solving, project management, giving feedback
It was a three round process:
- HR interview: it was pretty long but otherwise nice chat about my career, how I handle challenges, how I like to communicate with others, how I like to give and receive feedback etc.
- Tech interview: 2 hour long discussion with the team, 1 hour coding challenge, it was a sensible challenge not too theoretical, the second half was about system design
- hiring manager: mostly about culture fit
