Applied online and was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. I selected a time from the options provided and prepared accordingly. However, the interviewer did not show up to the scheduled meeting. I followed up twice via email to reschedule or get clarification, but received no response. The lack of communication and respect for candidate time was disappointing and unprofessional.
