Interview
Worst way to conduct an interview. They will take your aptitude test through security guard sitting at the reception, who is responsible for the marking also. I think that is the same for all (legal also). I scored 80%, cleared all the rounds till American phone call. I was called to finally negotiate the salary part. Instead of that, one more round of interview was conducted. You may be told by their consulatant lot of lies that you get to know at later stage. I was told to go with all the documents and promised package over phone call will be offered. I found totally different picture. I was denied cab facility as promised. I qouted lesser amount than promised, but still stability n other issues were raised and was asked to wait for two more days as Mr. Kapil from HR will prepare my notes and will send to the management for approval of my candidature. Finally, finding the Company and the Consultant EssChe Consutants totally flawed, I rejeted their all offers. Their spoken english is pathetic, as most lack in pronunciation part. God knows how do they work for an American Compnany when most of the work is selling and related to talking over phone.
